Tangshan Aomiao Packing Materials Co., Ltd. is a joint venture with overseas and domestic shares. Our company specializes in producing and selling regular and high tensile steel strapping straps. Our products are used for packing in the field of metallurgy, construction material, textile industry and other related areas.

Covering 33,000 square meters, our company is located at the Development Zone of Tangshan, Hebei Province, China. It is 150km away from Tianjin Port, the largest seaport in North China.

We have an automatic processing line with a stable annual capacity of 15 thousand metric tons. Combined with advanced equipment and patent technology, we can provide our customers all over the world with high quality metal packing materials.

Our company has already passed the authentication of International Standard Quality System of ISO9001:2000.

Process Features:
All of our steel strapping products have been treated with burring process. Smooth strap edges allow safe handling and usage. The wax is coated symmetrical on the surface of the strapping in order to reduce the friction between the strip and packaging while packing and also can tighten the belt easily. The wax we use is a water-soluble wax that does not pollute environment and meets the international environmental export packaging standards as well.

Our products are classified as bluing, painting and zinc-coating grades by different processing. The anti-corrosion capability of the painted strap compared with the bluing ones is much better.

Types of Products Spooling:
According to different ways of winding, we can provide three types of strap coils: ribbon coils, oscillated coils and jumbo coils. The width of ribbon is the same width of the forming strap. The width of oscillate are normally 64mm and 89mm. The width of jumbo is 190mm, which is suitable for the steel strapping with a width of 31.75mm. We can also provide customer-oriented coils widths.

Performance of Product:
According to the tightening force and safety requirement, the property of our product falls into three types: regular duty, high tensile and super strength.

Surface Treatment:
The surface treatment falls into two types: bluing and painting. Our customers can make their choices according to different requirements. Different colors can be made.

Packing Details:
Our standard packing way to our products is:
12-15 oscillated coils, 20-44 ribbon coils and 3-5 jumbo coils are set on one wooden pallet, and the pallet is conjoint with straps to hold the coil shaft vertically. The coils column is wrapped by water resistant kraft paper. We can also pack the coils in a customized way.
